Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes and methods for which your personal data is processed by BOA TUR TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company") as the data controller, and about your rights.

- Booking and travel details (flight number, departure/arrival times, route, number of passengers, baggage information, etc.),

- Information regarding your requests and complaints,
- Transaction security data (IP information, log records, etc.).
3. PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law;
- Planning and execution of transfer and transportation services,
- Managing reservation, ticketing, and operational processes,
- Billing, accounting, and maintaining financial records,
- Customer relations, call center, and request/complaint management,
- Measurement and improvement of service quality,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations and meeting requests from official institutions,
- Processing limited to the provision of the service for the purposes of creating evidence in potential legal processes.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS
Your personal data is collected entirely or partially through automated means, such as our website, call center, email correspondence, contracts, forms, and similar channels, or non-automated means, provided it is part of a data recording system.
These data are;
- Establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK m.5/2-c),
- Fulfillment of legal obligation (KVKK m.5/2-c),
- Establishment, exercise or protection of rights (Article 5/2-e of the KVKK),
- It is processed within the scope of our legitimate interests (Article 5/2-f of the KVKK) without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be transferred to:
- Suppliers and solution partners from whom we receive services or with whom we work jointly,
- To the individuals and institutions from whom we receive financial consultancy, independent audit and legal consultancy services,
- To banks and payment institutions,
- To authorized public institutions and organizations in case of legal obligation
may be transferred for the above-mentioned purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant legislation.
6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GDPR
Pursuant to Article 11 of the GDPR, you may contact our Company to;
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information regarding its processing if it is being processed,
- Learn the purpose of its processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose.
- Knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
- Requesting correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Requesting that it be deleted or destroyed within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law,
- Requesting that the third parties to whom the transactions carried out be transferred be notified,
- The right to object to an adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of automated systems exclusively,
- The right to demand compensation for harm suffered due to unlawful processing.
7. APPLICATION METHOD
You may submit your requests regarding your rights in writing, in accordance with the methods specified in the KVKK and relevant regulations, or through registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or other methods to be notified by us in the future.
Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
