Our Quality Policy


As Transfer Talya, we base all our operations on the principles of customer satisfaction, continuity, and reliability.

In all regions where we provide services, especially in Istanbul, Antalya, Muğla, and İzmir;


To establish transparent and clear communication from the reservation stage until the end of the journey,


To provide service at the specified time with the vehicle type provided,


We commit to continuously improving our processes by regularly analyzing guest feedback,


and to continuously enhancing the training and competencies of our employees


as fundamental elements of our quality policy.


We operate our services in accordance with the management system certificates we hold, particularly the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and structure all our internal processes according to these standards.


Our Security Policy


Passenger and driver safety is of paramount importance to Transfer Talya. Therefore;


We regularly perform periodic maintenance and inspections on the vehicles in our fleet,


Our vehicles are equipped with all mandatory safety equipment in accordance with relevant legislation.


We plan our drivers' rest periods and working hours within the legal framework.


We consider full compliance with traffic laws and defensive driving techniques to be essential.


In the cities we serve—Istanbul, Antalya, Muğla, and Izmir—we select the safest and most comfortable routes, taking into account the route, traffic density, and road conditions, ensuring our guests feel secure during their journey.
