Cancellation and Refund Conditions
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Cancellation and Refund Conditions regulate the cancellation, amendment, and refund terms for reservations made through the website regarding transfer and transportation services offered by FASTTALYA TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Company").
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
The customer declares that they have read and accepted the preliminary information containing the scope of the service, route, date and time details, and the total service fee, prior to completing their reservation.
The cancellation and refund conditions are regulated in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the relevant secondary legislation.
3. FREE CANCELLATION PERIODS
Unless otherwise specified in the contract:
- For city transfers:
Cancellation requests made **at least 24 hours** before the transfer departure time are free of charge, and the collected fee will be refunded without deduction.
- For intercity or long-distance transfers:
Cancellation requests made **at least 36 hours** before the transfer departure time are free of charge, and the collected fee will be refunded without deduction.
For cancellation requests made outside the specified timeframes, that is, less than 24/36 hours before the service, no refund will be issued since vehicle and driver scheduling for the service has been completed.
4. NO-SHOW (NON-USE OF SERVICE)
If the Customer is not present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled transfer time or if they cannot be reached due to incorrect/incomplete contact information, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be provided.
5. Change Requests
Change requests regarding date, time, route or number of passengers are evaluated based on vehicle and driver availability.
- Changes made within the free cancellation period may be made without additional fee if available.
- For changes made outside the free cancellation period, the request may be treated as a new reservation or an additional fee may be charged.
6. REFUND PROCESS
For cancellation requests that comply with the cancellation conditions;
- For payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to your bank account via the same card. Depending on the banks' processes, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.
- For payments made via wire transfer/EFT, refunds are made to the IBAN account provided.
The refund period in no case exceeds **14 days** from the date the valid and justified cancellation request reaches the Company.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, severe weather and road conditions, or decisions by government authorities; service provision may be wholly or partially suspended or delayed. In this case, the parties attempt to find the most appropriate solution possible within the framework of good faith, and refund/exchange matters are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. OTHER PROVISIONS
In matters not covered by these terms, the Distance Sales Agreement and relevant legislation provisions apply.
